Natdan`s Famous in Miami

This location is sort of near a store that sells jewelry. I asked for s Philly cheesesteak and 2 minutes later my cold beef sub emerged. They could have at least melted the cheese and warmed the meat in the microwave. It’s like they didn’t even try to make it taste good :(.

Should have read the reviews before eating here. But we were hungry, tired, and thought we could get some halfway decent food. The cashiers had a funky attitude from the start. I ordered two combo meals with the option to upgrade to a larger size for $1 more per meal. I never said I wanted the larger size, but found they automatically charged me for the upgrade. Our food came out cold and stale. It's no wonder there was no one in line. Should have taken that as a sign!

The lady who worked 7/19 at 9pm, brunette with glasses, is amazing. I was seated eating my fries and ran out of ketchup, couldn't getup without toting my bags but she UNPROMPTED swung by my table with a fresh dipping cup. Unbelievable service, better than most service restaurants!

Tables are messy and the manager made a racial slur towards my friend before ordering- to another employee- who than covered her mouth in shock to laugh. Food was okay but not the best. I would suggest a burger versus a chicken sandwich. Prices are ridiculous considering the food is not that good and very unprofessional. Near D37

asked for a bacon Swiss burger with no pickles and onions. I got my burger, and it had pickles on there so I went up there and they just took it off. I sat down and continue to eat it, but there was pickles still on my burger. I told them again and they gave me a rude look and made me another burger. The burger they gave me looked awful, and just rushed. Horrible service. Not only was my burger messed up, the cheese fries were awful in appearance. It barely had any cheese or bacon on there. It was a slight dash and that was all. Do not recommend.

Fantastic restaurant with a delicious 8 course menu and fantastic ambiance. Been here twice now with different menus and it's been sensational both times. Highly recommended.

Great service but the food was disappointing. The philly cheese steak literally had the tiniest piece of cheese and was incredibly bland BUT it was fast and edible so it did the job. Would I order from there again? Without a doubt but I would go for something different next time

If you dont want to get sick before your flight, avoid this particular location. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Literally came out raw, cold and hard in the center. Ive eaten nathans since living in NYC. This isnt how its made. Told the employee, who told the supervisor who came out and asked me, “habla espanol”. No my dear, this is the USA, we speak English here. She got defensive and said “welll this is how its made here”. After arguing with me, she finally said, it will take time to rewarm this. Instead of making a new one, I believe she just put my consumed sandwich back on the grill. Very unhygienic, God knows what else they do. Please avoid this place. I believe they need to work on cultural diversity, ESL, and maybe how to cook a proper sandwich.

Thought I was going to get a hot dog but the chicken strips looked too good.... And they were... And awesome fries as well

Airports worst i have tried to be optimistic the third time to try them here but failed as in the past. The hotdogs sit there for hours and the burgers cheese steak and chicken are in a bin luke warm at best. Dont waste time or money there...

Nothing like a Nathan's 'Dog and fries

Service was good and quick, however my chilli dog was really poor. Looked like it had been put on the rolling heating thing as I departed London some 10 hours earlier. Prices were shocking considering the end product. Nathans ballance of the mark up and revenues it's making against protecting its brand needs to be addressed. Nobody minds paying for a good product. This is not a good product...

After a week long vacation, who would expect my best customer service experience to be at Nathans at the Miami airport? Great customer service from the beginning at the register. However, I was blow out of the water watching a worker named (I think) Marleen deliver me napkins, ketchup, and cleaning up the tables. She was obviously such a hard worker and happy at her job! Keep up the good work.

I was starved after a long trip.ordered 2 fish and chips.The fish was scarce and covered in fried flour .The fries were limp and greasy. The cold slaw was beige ..Needless to say We lost our appetite wasted 26 dollars

This outpost of Nathan‘s Famous Hotdogs at the Miami International Airport is a respectable branch of this well known franchise. If you want to hotdog, this may be the place for you if you’re more interested in burgers are interesting side dishes there are many other food options nearby.

Wish they cut their French fries the long way instead so they wouldn't be so short and stubby. I really shouldn't complain about the fries though b/c these type of fries are hard to find, thick and potato-ey, my favorite. The bacon ranch cheeseburger on the other hand left A LOT to be desired. If I didn't know it was supposed to be beef I would have prob guessed wrong. The meat itself was grey and kinda yuck. If it wasn't for the bacon it would have been much worse...I was pretty hungry and I'll eat about anything with bacon

Buns were hard as bricks. And the dogs were over cooked.

Rude staff. Asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato and when I looked the receipt I was charged almost $2 extra for them. Very expensive, greasy, stall fries. I do not recommend eating here.

Worst service, they don't even know the difference between blue cheese and a regular one. I had to ask them to redo my burger because of their unprofessional work.

First time buying Nathan's burgers and they are really good. Impressed.
